About

Built for the purpose, to fill a gap in Badagry.

Debra’s Suites — trading under Deborah Haven and Suites — opened in Badagry in August 2026. Not a conversion of something else: apartments put up for this, because a town that receives this many visitors had nowhere modern to put them.

It is small on purpose. It is small on purpose — few enough apartments that we know who is staying, and that the person who answers the phone is the person who can fix your problem.

On site

A manager, a cleaner, a facility officer

All three are here through the day. The compound is gated. If something stops working, someone is on the property to deal with it rather than promising to come tomorrow.

Power

Grid, generator, solar, inverter

A 30kVA generator, a solar array and an inverter behind the grid supply. Four sources so that the twenty-four hours means twenty-four hours.

Housekeeping

Cleaned every other day

Through your stay, not only between them. Included in the rate. There is a washing machine and an iron in each apartment for anything in between.

If you ask

A cook, on request

Tell us before you arrive and we will arrange someone to cook for you. Most other things are worth asking about too — we would rather sort it than have you go without.

“Debra’s Suites offers great value for money and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Badagry.”

Who stays

Families, business travellers, people crossing the border, festival guests.

We get all of them. A weekend family from Lagos, someone on a posting for a month, a night in transit before Seme in the morning, a wedding party in December. The apartments are set up so that none of those stays feels like the wrong fit — a full kitchen and a washing machine matter as much to the family as to the person here for six weeks.
